HOW TO WHITEN SKIN NATURALLY WITH FRUITS.

                  Most women around the world craves for a lighter skin. From statistics, fair women are mostly admired by men than dark women. This has led so many dark women to look for a way to achieve a lighter skin. However, we all know that black is beautiful but, if you are dark and wish to lighten your skin, then, this article is for you. 1.The unripe green fruits can be eaten cooked, especially in stews, curries, and salads.
2.The black seeds of the papaya are edible and have a sharp, spicy taste. They are sometimes used as a substitute for black pepper.

             Papaya can be found in some skin lightening creams but, if you want to go natural in lightening your skin, use this simple procedure:
1.Take a ripe papaya, and cut a medium sized piece out of the papaya.
2. Mash it with the help of the back of a spoon or use a blender.
3.Add a teaspoon of fresh diary cream or organic yoghurt and blend them together thoroughly.
4.Apply it as a mask on the face and neck or any other part you wish to lighten.
5.Wash it off after 45 minutes with lukewarm water and without soap.

Tomato varieties are available with double the normal vitamin c, 40 times normal vitamin A, high level of anthocyanin, and two to four times the normal amount of lycopene.
                 USES OF TOMATOES
1.The tomato is consumed in diverse ways, including raw, as an ingredient in many dishes, sauces, salads and drinks.
2. Tomato is a great source vitamin c, which is necessary to promote protection sun damage.

      The tomato recipe is another way of going natural in your quest for a lighter skin. Use this simple procedure:
1. Add 1 tablespoon each of organic yoghurt and tomato juice and mix together.
2. Add your mixed tomato juice and yoghurt to a teaspoon of oatmeal and mix them very well.
3.Wash your face with lukewarm water so as to open the pores of your skin so that, when you apply the this mixture on your face, it will penetrate very deep to your skin.
4. Apply them on the cleansed skin and leave it for 45 minutes before rinsing off with cold water.
        The orange is the fruit of the citrus species. Oranges, whose flavor may vary from sweet to sour, are commonly peeled and eaten fresh or squeezed  for juice. 1. The fruit of the orange tree can be eaten fresh, or processed for its juice or fragrant peel.
2. It is used in certain food recipes as a food flavoring or garnishing.
3. The leaves are used to treat some illnesses using herbals.
                Orange peel is edible and has significant content of vitamin c, dietary fiber, total polyphenols, carotenoids, limonene, and dietary minerals like potassium and magnesium. If you are in need of a natural skin lightener, follow this simple procedure:
1. Gather orange peels and dry them in the sun until it is brisk when you touch it.
2. Grind the dried orange peels into a powdered form.
3. Take 1 tablespoon of your orange peel powder and mix with 1 tablespoon of fresh and unflavored yoghurt to form a paste

It is also a great source of healthy fats and proteins, which will improve the health of your skin cells. The foods that contains the highest level of omega-3 fatty acids are salmon, sardines, soybeans, beef, shrimps, flaxseeds, walnuts, tofu, Brussels, sprout, amongst others.
