HOW TO REMOVE FACIAL WRINKLES NATURALLY

            Every individual must undergo an aging process. This is to say that, age is one of the causes of facial wrinkles. Facial wrinkle is a fold on the face, neck, hand, abdomen, and other parts of the body. Wrinkles usually come up when the skin looses the elasticity it had from a young age. When the body looses its elasticity, folds, fine lines and deep furrows begin to set in. However, facial wrinkles can be seen in young  people due to the fact that, they are exposed to some harmful ultraviolet rays. Skin pigmentation in the young ones can make them experience early facial wrinkles.
              The wrinkles on the young ones faces gradually form anytime they express themselves. For example, go to your mirror and smile or frown, you will observe those lines. This is why it is called expression lines or fine lines. Those lines are not that visible if you are below the age of 30. But, if you are between the age of 30-35, you will observe that your nose have gradually develop two folds on each side of the nose. Deep furrows are the ones that come up due to aging.
           CAUSES OF FACIAL WRINKLES
1. Too much exposure to harmful ultraviolet rays of sunlight.
2. Too much weight loss.
3. Skin pigmentation.
4. Heredity.
5. Poor diets.
                All you need to remove facial wrinkles are three vitamins. Firstly, vitamin E, which is known for its strong antioxidants properties. The strong antioxidant property in vitamin E, guards the human body against infections, ultraviolet rays by building a strong immune system. Vitamin E is in a supplementary capsules and in some of the food that we eat. The following are rich in vitamin E.
1.Papaya.
2. Avocado.
3. Olives.
4. Mango.
5. Tomatoes.
6. Nuts.
7. Seeds.
8. Kiwi.etc.
Secondly, vitamin C is another agent that tackles facial wrinkles. It is an essential nutritional element that helps the body to fight diseases. It also helps to tighten the skin cells as well as restore body collagen. Vitamin C is in a supplementary capsules and in some fruits that we eat. These fruits are rich in vitamin C;
1. Papaya.
2. Bell pepper.
3. Strawberries.
4. Broccoli.
5. Oranges.
6. Tomatoes.
7. Peaches.etc.
Thirdly, vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamins which is known as the clotting vitamin because, without it, blood would not clot. Good sources of vitamin K are itemized as follows;

4. Green leaf lettuce.
5. Plums.
6. Plantains.
7. Pears.
8. Grapes.
9. Avocado etc.
However, fish, meat, liver, eggs, and cereals  contain smaller amount of vitamin K.
          HOW TO REMOVE FACIAL WRINKLES
                     YOGHURT MASKS;
1. Put 1 tsp. of plain yoghurt in a bowl.
2. Add 1 tsp. of honey in the plain yoghurt.
3. Add 1/2  of orange juice to the mixture.
4. Add 1/4 cup of banana in the mixture.
5. Mix them together thoroughly making sure that there are no lumps in it.
6. Gently wash your face with lukewarm water to exfoliate your skin.
7. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it for 45 minutes.
8. Wipe your face with a warm washcloth to soothe your skin.
9. If you want, you can now apply  a natural moisturizer on your face, as your pores and refreshed and will lock in hydration better.
                   LEMON JUICE
1. Put two tsp. of lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Add two tsp. of papaya leaf juice.
3. Add one egg white in the mixture.
4. Add half teaspoon of milk cream.
5. Whisk all of them thoroughly.
6. Wash your face with lukewarm water to help open the pores of your skin.
7. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it on your not less than 45 minutes.
8. Rinse it off.
9. If you want, you can now apply a natural face moisturizer.
TIPS
1. Always eat diets that contains vitamin E,C and K.
2. Always keep hydrated.
3. Make sure to reduce stress as much as possible.
4. Use a small amount of olive oil on your face, hands and feet before sleeping.
