The avocado pear also known as the alligator pear or butter fruits is a fruit loaded with so many vitamins and minerals to nourish both the skin and the hair.      AVOCADO SKIN TREATMENT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1.   1 peeled avocados.

2.   Couple tablespoons of honey.

3.   1 tablespoon of sugar.

4.    Lemon juice mostly for oily skin.

5.   1 egg whites.

METHOD:

1.   Bring all your ingredients together.

2.   Wash your face or body with lukewarm water so that the pores of your skin will open.

3.   Mash the avocados with other ingredients together to form a paste.

4.   Apply the paste on your face or body gently until it is well covered in those areas that you want. Leave it for 45 minutes.

5.   You can now rinse it off and pat your face with a towel.

AVOCADO HAIR TREATMENT RECIPE

1.   1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.

2.   2 egg yolks.

3.   1 big avocado.

4.   Unflavored yoghurt.

METHOD:

1.   Combine the unsalted butter and egg yolk and mix them thoroughly.

2.   Mash the avocado with the unsalted butter, egg yolk and unflavored yoghurt and mix them very well.

3.   Wash your hair and apply the mixture on your hair and scalp.

4.   Cover with a shower cap and leave it for 2-3 hours.

5.   Rinse it out very well and that’s it.

          Stretch marks are an off-color hue, that appears on the skin. This is due to the fact that there exists a tear on the outer layer of the skin.
